Marie Curie was a physicist, chemist, Nobel price winner and pioneer in the field of "radioactivity", a term she herself had coined. During her lifetime, Marie had achieved a great deal in the research of radiation, discovered new elements, and had won two Nobel Prizes in her lifetime. While her research with radioactive materials had lead to her death, her contributions to the field of physics were detrimental. |
